The strengthening of public institutions and of the civil society representations in transition and emerging countries (LDC, DC) are activities addressed by DMI since its creation. We see them as prerequisites for the emergence, or deepening of democracy and the set up of a sustainable economic development.
Initially specialised in the setting up of legal and regulatory corpus, DMI has widen its action base in contributing to over domains of good governance; i.e. Central and local administrations, and/or judicial and penitentiary systems.
