To support the ACP Group of negotiators in Geneva through the provision of discussion papers, studies and the formulation of proposals relating to the following MTS issues:
Agriculture;
Market Access Related Issues under NAMA, Agriculture and Cotton;
Rules – Regional Trade Agreements (Article XXIV) ;
Trade Facilitation;
Development issues including Special and Differentiated Treatment, Least Developed Countries, Small Economies, Implementation, Preferences and other issues.

Review and analyse the Post-July Framework process of the Doha Work Programme.
Draft proposals to submit to WTO bodies on Agriculture, Market Access Related Issues under NAMA, Agriculture and Cotton, Rules on Regional Trade Agreements, Trade Facilitation and Development Issues.
To highlight those WTO issues which will still require further analysis and support to improve the negotiation arguments and strategies.
