5 (five) Senior Key Experts

Objectifs / Objectives

IFICO will contribute to the socio-economic development of the Western Balkans, by providing high quality services in coordinating, following-up and supporting the effective and rapid implementation of public and private sector investments. In addition, IFICO will provide analytical data informing the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the investments and support the enhanced cooperation between the European Commission, EU Member States, financial institutions (multilateral and national), bilateral donors and beneficiary economies

Qualification et compétences / Qualification & skills

Team Leader/Head of Office

  • Academic background in socio-economic studies and/or development cooperation or equivalent professional experience of minimum 5 years. Additional training/qualifications in aid-delivery methods and development finance would be an asset; (these 5 years are in addition to the minimum 10 required under ‘general professional experience’);
  • Excellent knowledge of English.

WBIF Projects Manager, expert in sustainable transport infrastructure and investments

  • Academic background in engineering, economics or business administration, or equivalent professional experience of minimum 5 years. Academic or professional experience ensuring a specialisation in transport sectors requested; (these 5 years are in addition to the minimum 10 required under ‘general professional experience’)
  • Excellent knowledge of English.

WBIF Projects Manager, expert in other infrastructure / public sector investments

  • Academic background in economics, business administration or finance, engineering, or equivalent professional experience of minimum 5 years. Specialisation in the private sector development, including support to the business sector in Western Balkans and business climate development will be an asset; (these 5 years are in addition to the minimum 10 required under ‘general professional experience’)
  • Excellent knowledge of English.

WBIF Projects Manager, expert in private sector development

  • Academic background in economics, business administration or finance, engineering, or equivalent professional experience of minimum 5 years. Specialisation in the private sector development, including support to the business sector in Western Balkans and business climate development will be an asset; (these 5 years are in addition to the minimum 10 required under ‘general professional experience’)
  • Excellent knowledge of English.

Visibility and Communication Coordinator

  • Academic background, preferably in communication/media-related field or equivalent qualification, or equivalent experience of minimum 5 years; (these 5 years are in addition to the minimum 10 required under ‘general professional experience’)
  • Excellent knowledge of English.

Expérience professionelle générale / General professional experience

Team Leader/Head of Office

  • Preferably 15 years of professional experience in multidisciplinary and international project teams of experts’ management but minimum 10 years required.

WBIF Projects Manager, expert in sustainable transport infrastructure and investments

  • Preferably 15 years of general professional experience with infrastructure projects (with minimum 5 years in the transport sectors) for activities supporting investment project identification, assessment and implementation, with minimum 10 years required.

WBIF Projects Manager, expert in other infrastructure / public sector investments

  • Academic background in engineering, economics or business administration, or equivalent professional experience of minimum 5 years. Academic or professional experience ensuring a specialisation in the energy, digital and/or environment requested; (these 5 years are in addition to the minimum 10 required under ‘general professional experience’)
  • Excellent knowledge of English.

WBIF Projects Manager, expert in private sector development

  • Preferably 15 years of experience in the private sector development in Western Balkans, including support to the business sector and business climate development, design, assessment and implementation of operations with minimum 10 years required.

Visibility and Communication Coordinator

  • Preferably 10 years of experience in communication/media-related fields, but minimum 7 required.

Expérience professionelle spécifique / Specific professional experience

Team Leader/Head of Office

  • Experience in coordination of projects in different regions with the aim of socio-economic development, experience in the IPA region, particularly the Western Balkans would be an advantage;
  • Preferably 5 years of experience with EC and IFIs procedures / requirements, but minimum 2 years or 2 projects required;
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in development and implementation of strategic and action plans for policy and/or project support in transition economies, but minimum 2 years or 2 projects required.
  • Preferably 5 years of experience linked to policy setting and financing of investments in transport, environment, energy, digital, social and private sector development, but minimum 2 years or 2 projects required.

WBIF Projects Manager, expert in sustainable transport infrastructure and investments

  • Preferably 5 years of experience with European Commission and IFIs procedures /requirements, but minimum 2 years or 2 projects required;
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in transition economies, but minimum 2 years or 2 projects. Experience in IPA region, particularly the Western Balkans would be an advantage;

WBIF Projects Manager, expert in other infrastructure / public sector investments

WBIF Projects Manager, expert in private sector development

  • Preferably 5 years of experience with European Commission and IFIs procedures /requirements, but minimum 2 years or 2 projects required;
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in transition economies, but minimum 2 years or 2 projects. Experience in IPA region, particularly the Western Balkans would be an advantage.

Visibility and Communication Coordinator

  • Preferably 5 years of experience with designing or implementation of visibility campaigns as well as in drafting of articles and promotional material, but minimum 2 years or 2 projects required;
  • Preferably 5 years of experience with EC and IFIs communication and visibility requirements, but minimum 2 years or 2 projects. Experience in IPA region, particularly the Western Balkans would be an advantage.
