Due to a lack of a comprehensive Needs Assessment for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan sufficient to support the programming process, this project has the following objectives:
to summarize and analyze the main constraints for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan to benefit from trade; to comprehensively articulate its needs in the area of TRA to facilitate more systematic engagement of different stakeholders,
to outline a prioritised action plan towards removing the constraints;
to increase awareness and understanding in the area of TRA through broad consultations throughout the assignment

En raison de l’absence d’une évaluation complète des besoins du Kazakhstan, du Kirghizstan et du Tadjikistan suffisante pour soutenir le processus de programmation, ce projet a les objectifs suivants :
résumer et analyser les principales contraintes auxquelles se heurtent le Kazakhstan, le Kirghizstan et le Tadjikistan pour tirer profit du commerce ; formuler de manière exhaustive leurs besoins dans le domaine de TRA afin de faciliter un engagement plus systématique des différentes parties prenantes, définir un plan d’action prioritaire pour éliminer les contraintes ;
accroître la sensibilisation et la compréhension dans le domaine de TRA grâce à de larges consultations tout au long de la mission.
