There was two parts:
– Training:
– ESA95 versus Lithuanian national budget comparison training;
– Budget forecasts training;
– Improvement:
– Overall audit and analysis of the various accounts procedure and data flows aiming to provide ESA 95 presentation of the Lithuanian budget.

TA finalising support programme including advice on the institutional set-up for Kenya in order to prepare and carry out the negotiation under the Cotonou Partnership Agreement, design mechanism of consultations with all relevant Kenyan stakeholders
