The overall objective of this contract is to strengthen the rule of law and human rights protection in Georgia in line with Georgia’s own international commitments.
The specific objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is to further improve criminal justice sector in Georgia by advancing reforms in line with international standards and by enhancing and sustaining results already achieved under the first SPSP (ENPI AAP 2008) in Criminal Justice.

The project aims at supporting the efforts to develop the Kosovo judiciary in line with EU standards by increasing its independence and improving its performance.
The purpose of the project is to support the development and strengthen the independence, performance, professionalism and efficiency of the Kosovo Judicial Council and The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council to the level expected in view of increasing standards up to an European level.

The Overall objective of the project is to evaluate the administrative capacity of the Customs and Taxation Authorities of the beneficiaries (as defined in Section 1.1 above) using the framework offered by the Customs and Fiscal Blueprints published by the European Commission’s Directorate General for Taxation and Customs Union.

The overall aim of this project is to accelerate Turkey’s accession by facilitating coordinated irregular migration and border-management policies between different countries and especially EU member states.

The overall objective of this project is to continue supporting the Serbian government in its efforts to develop an independent judiciary in line with EU and Council of Europe standards and practices; especially to establish, implement and support transfer of responsibilities and mandates from the MoJ to the (reconstituted) High Judicial Council and the State Prosecutorial Council as well as provide support to the Strategy Implementation Council.
