To audit the current and immediate future situation and to design TEP by implementing the « Task Force » (Ministry of economy and Foreign Trade, Foreign Affairs, Finance, other ministries, customs authorities, private representatives of trade associations, chambers etc.) operations.
Identification of determinants of patenting decisions. Comparison of Intellectual Property protection from national regional and international filings.
Study on the possible impact of the financial Turmoil in the emerging markets, particularly the Asian Financial Crisis, on the Patent Cooperation Treaty of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and to develop an analytical Framework to:
Analyse Incentives for International patents filings;
Policy Course on behalf of the WTO Organization in Geneva for representative of the relevant WTO Accession Country Delegation
Conduct of the 9th, 10th, and 11th, Policy Course on behalf of the WTO Organization in Geneva for representative of the relevant WTO Accession Country Delegation.
Training of Chinese civil servants and industrials in different domains related to China’s external trade

After the implementation of a pilot phase, this new project of strengthening of the judiciary and penitentiary system of Cameroon, amelioration of the human right protection and humanisation will be extended to 10 prisons over the Country. The overall objective of the project is to improve the country’s capacities in drafting laws, amendments and implementing regulations as well as applying them and to strengthen the country’s capacities in identifying policy priority areas relevant to the PCA. It also seeks to improve the country’s foreign investment climate and to raise the country’s trade turnover, in particular with EU Member states.
