Providing assistance to the beneficiary institutions in writing the Terms of Reference for the future projects dedicated to them out of the Phare 2000 budget, under the Project Fiche 0006.01.
Support to the Ministry of Justice on Non Custodial Sentencing and Pilot Project non Non Custodial Measures in Nijni Novgorod
The project involved assistance to the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) of the Russian Federation in the examination of non-custodial sentencing measures in collaboration with local authorities and NGO’s.
Support to the Reform of the Statistical System
To assist the client in the two countries;
To gather information about the local tourism markets;
To promote relationship with the local Administrations;
To coordinate the various partners during the implementation of the project; To inform the clients about local specificities.
WTO Accession Support (Memorandum, Questions, Assistance to Negotiations)
The overall objective is to support and facilitate the accession of Yemen to the World Trade Organisation, thereby contributing to improved efficiency in the Yemeni economy and long term economic growth. The project focuses specifically on supporting the preparation and co-ordination of the accession process. This means that the project directly supports the WTO Co-ordination and Communications Unit in the Ministry of Supply and Trade.
